Located in Wilson, Wyoming, Nora Tygum opened the doors of Nora’s Fish Creek Inn in 1982. Her signature breakfast and lunch dishes and consistent food at reasonable prices caught on quickly. Today, Nora’s daughter, Kathryn Taylor, has carried on the family tradition in a fun and relaxing atmosphere for the modern times, molding Nora’s Fish Creek Inn into a James Beard Foundation Award-Winning Restaurant.
